refactor(rename plugin to FileTransfer to match original plugin): (#1768)
BREAKING CHANGE: Package name is now `@ionic-native/file-transfer`. `Transfer` class has been renamed to `FileTransfer`. Also, `TransferObject` class has been renamed to `FileTransferObject`.
