InAppBrowser.java: New method isURLWhileListed to check for whitelisting of

"AllowedSchemes" in a new preference configuration item.
There is a new check in shouldOverrideUrlLoading, to allow whitelisted
custom schemes like "mycoolapp://"

inappbrowser.js: Added "customscheme" channel.
